- International orders ship at a flat rate baed on your country (rates are shown at checkout). If an item can ship to your country, it is shown on the product page.

We ship FREE to all U.S. addresses in the lower 48 states, including PO Boxes.
- We no longer ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any U.S. territories.
- All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
- In stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We usually ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL for fast and reliable delivery.
- Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. If you have not received your tracking within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
- Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times.
- In stock orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days once shipped.
- Shipping timeline for made to order products is shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Please note: During peak seasons or holidays, and sometimes even throughout the year, carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
- Once your package leaves our facility, delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
