Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to strict hygiene standards and the personal nature of pillows, all sales are final and returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.
Exceptions
1. Legacy 100-Day Trial (Orders before February 1, 2025)
Orders placed before February 1, 2025 are eligible for a 100-day trial under our legacy return policy.

One Return per Customer
You may return only one item per customer, even if multiple items were purchased. -
Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable
We’ll refund the product price; original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items (All Orders)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:
- Go to our Contact Us page.
- In the message box, begin with “Returns/Defects — Order #[your order number]” and include:
- A description of the issue
- Links to photos showing the damage or defect
- Submit the form; we’ll review and, if approved, email you a prepaid return label.
For approved returns you may choose one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of the same item
- Store credit for future purchases
- Refund to your original payment method
Except as required by applicable federal or state law.
