L-Tryptophan for Sleep

This important essential amino acid helps your body to make proteins and brain-signaling chemicals among which Serotonin is the most important one and linked to mood control and better sleep.

Goji (Wolfberries)

Goji (Wolfberries) for Sleep

These berries are native to China and Asia. They are loaded naturally with melatonin which is much better absorbed by the body than man-made melatonin since the natural nutrients penetrate much easier and effective through the cell membranes of our intestines and stomach, where most nutrients are absorbed. Goji Berries also contain an array of other powerful nutrients like vitamin A and C and a ton of healthy antioxidants.

Chamomile for Sleep

This ancient herb has been used in sleep teas for hundreds of years. It is the dried flowers of Chamomile that contain terpenoids and flavonoids which can help with fevers, inflammation, gastrointernal problems, and of course insomnia. Millions of cups of chamomile tea are consumed every day mostly as a natural booster to improve sleep quality and tackle insomnia.

Lemon Balm

Lemon Balm for Sleep

Lemon balm belongs to the mint family and the leaves have a lemon like aroma which ties back to the name of to fabulous ancient herb. It contains natural chemicals that have a sedative effect and calm the nervous system(similar to lavender). Studies show that it has been used by ancient civilizations dating back hundreds of years. Something that has been around for such a long had to be included into our sleep aid without much questioning.

Passion Flower

Passion Flower for Sleep

Passion flower is native to southern parts of the United States as well as many Central and South American countries. It's traditional use to tackle sleep problems made it an instant candidate for our sleeping pills. Similar to Lemon Balm, the chemicals found in this plant are shown to have calming effects. It is also used with great success to treat anxiety, stress and ADHD.

L-Taurine for Sleep

Another essential Amino Acid tight to better sleep. It naturally reduces cortisol levels. Research has shown that Taurine helps with the production of GABA which is the bodies "off-switch" and supposed to kick in at night when we go to bed. Unfortunately these days with modern technologies and our bodies being constantly being under stress and affected by blue light(from our phones and TV's) the natural production of GABA is not working within  most people as it should. Taurine has also shown in studies to help the body release and produce natural melatonin.

Hops for Sleep

Hops is mostly known for it's use in making beer. Although beer if consumed in large amounts will make you go to sleep too ;-) it's not the reason why we included this magic herb in our natural sleep aid formula. Certain studies found that when you drink NON ALCOHOLIC beer with hops at night (an hour before bedtime), it improves your sleep quality. The sedative effects of hops go back more than 50 years from reports where workers on hops farms fell asleep quite often. Not a coincidence we say.

St. Johns Wort

St. Johns Wort for Sleep

St. Johns Wort is a star shaped flow that grows on all major continents. It's traditional use to reduce mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety but also to treat sleep problems make it a perfect candidate for our over the counter sleep supplement. IIt's also known to help improve your mood which is tight back to 2 chemicals called hyperforin and hypericin.

Skullcap for Sleep

Skullcap, also called hoary skullcap grows in dry soil at the edge of forests or along country roadsides. It's a native american plant and that says a lot. Native American's used this plant for hundreds of years in herbal teas and medications to treat anxiety, stress and sleep disorders.

L-Theanine for Sleep

The third and last Amino Acid in our ingredient list, is no strangers to sleep aids either. It was first discovered in green tea plants from Japan but was later found to be in nearly all teas but in smaller amounts. It is also present in other plants like some mushrooms. The reason why this amino acid is used in our formula is that is has a significant impact on neurotransmitters involved with stress, mood, memory and sleep. It enhances the productions of dopamine and serotonin.

Ashwaganda for Sleep

This herb is among one of the most popular herbs originating from India and the middle east. It also goes by the name of winter cherry or asian ginseng and has been traditionally used in Ayurveda to make medicines and supplements. It's adaptogenic effects make it so popular which means it gives the body exactly what it needs at a certain time. So if taken before bedtime at night, it helps the body to go into sleep mode. It's been used to treat stress symptoms and symptoms related to cognitive health. Studies showed that it taken over a course of 6 weeks, it improves sleep quality significantly.

Inositol for Sleep

Inositol also referred to as Vitamin B8, is not really a vitamin but more so a sugar which plays an important role in your bodies as a component of cell membranes. It also has some influence on blood sugar levels. It helps the body process serotonine and dopamin, two main chemicals linked to mental illness and mood but also sleep as we mentioned before.

All our ingredients mixed together, are ten times as powerful as each of them taken separately. Because everyone of us is different, certain ingredients might not work as well with one as they might do with another person. So blending all together into one sleeping pill gives you guaranteed benefits you would otherwise probably miss out on. Our Natural Sleep Aid is also popular with frequent travelers as switching time zones is though enough and having the best travel pillow can sometimes not prevent a jet lag, but our sleep aid can.

It's time to slumber like a boss again...

Time to sleep like a baby again
