Neck pain Causes and Most Effective Treatment Options

An estimated 20.4% (50 million) of Adult American's suffer from chronic pain and numbers are rising.

At least half of these 20.4% count neck pain to their chronic ailments.

Causes for Neck Pain range from Stress to long hours in front of the computer and not paying attention to their posture.

Treatment options for chronic pain and more importantly neck pain, have become more accessible than ever as well though which is a very good thing.

When it comes to treating issues with your body, we strongly believe that fixing the root cause is what matters which is why we do not endorse treatment options related to pain relievers such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, etc.). These just threat the symptoms but never the root of the evil.

Most effective Treatments are:

  • Physical Therapy
  • Chiropractor Treatments
  • Paying attention to your posture throughout the day. Being it in the Car, when you're in the gym, at work, or at home lounging on your couch
  • Hot and Cold Therapy
  • A Proper Mattress(Spinal Alignment while you sleep is a crucial part of preventing and fixing neck issues)
  • And last but not least a proper Pillow which is the only thing that can provide cervical spinal alignment when you sleep. Our Buckwheat Pillows have been used for centuries in Asia as the go to pillow for proper spinal support. Alternatively Millet Pillows do the same job if you prefer smoother feel.
