• Hemp Hulls are about 50% smaller and more granular compared to buckwheat hulls but they are still twice as big than Millet Hulls, giving them a better/stronger structure than Millet Hulls

• The pillow feels like you're lying on a sandy beach(very similar to millet hulls)

• Hemp Hulls also have a natural nutty smell to them, which is comparable to millet hulls

• The pillow is only offered in 12"x18" and 14" x 20" size since it's around 7lbs - 9lbs heavy(we over-stuff all our pillows so you never have to worry about having a too low profile pillow) making it the heaviest filling material we have. BUT this heaviness of the material, makes the pillow also extra sturdy and supportive.

• We don't make any larger size of this hemp pillow, as no one wants a 15lbs pillow. Also the heavier a hemp hulls pillow gets, the more risk there is of damage to the sewing, because not all fabric is "super strong". Companies offering larger size hemp hulls pillows usually don't fill their pillows with enough filling, so to save on shipping and manufacturing costs.

The easy to operate zippers on the inner pillowcase(we don't use hidden zippers as they tend to break easier and are harder to open and close) and the bamboo rayon pillowcase allow you to easily remove or add filling to adjust the pillow height and firmness to your liking. This is crucial to achieve the perfect spinal alignment needed to avoid tossing and turning each night, and to get a high quality sleep.
