First, buckwheat plants are harvested and the hulls—the outer shells of the seeds—are separated. These hulls are then cleaned and heat-treated to remove dust and contaminants. Once prepped, they're carefully measured and filled into our premium cotton pillowcases, which are sewn and zippered for easy adjustment. Every step supports durability, breathability, and comfort.
